Sciatica and Back Pain

Before I came to ARI, I was having severe back pain.
I could not get any relief and was in a lot of pain.
Within 2 sessions, my pain started to go away as I learned how to manage my pain with stretches.
My experience at ARI was wonderful.
I came in with lower back pain that was preventing me from being able to do exercises or basic housework.
Cyndi and Alfredo took the time to truly understand my issues and worked with me to define a plan that would get me back to my regular activities.
After months of rehabilitation elsewhere, following a serious back injury, I continued to suffer pain and limitation of movement.

I experience relief right after my first treatment and I continue to progress and am living pain free for the first time in a while.
A year later I was having difficulty with my neck.
It was hard to turn my neck to see traffic when driving.
Now my neck is improved and I find that household tasks like carrying out the trash, doing laundry, and looking up in the top shelves of my cabinets are much better.
