Physical Therapy
Our comprehensive physical therapy programs address musculoskeletal conditions through personalized treatment plans. Using manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, we help individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve mobility. The practice combines evidence-based approaches with individualized care to treat conditions affecting the neck, back, shoulders, knees, and other joints.
Spine Care
Specialized spine care focuses on conservative management of back and neck pain through biomechanical assessment and targeted interventions. Our therapists employ manual therapy, posture correction, and stabilization exercises to treat conditions like lumbar stenosis, disc protrusions, and cervical spine disorders while emphasizing long-term spinal health.
Sports Injury Rehab
Sports injury rehabilitation combines functional movement analysis with sport-specific training to restore performance capabilities. The program addresses common athletic injuries including ACL tears, rotator cuff issues, and tendonitis through progressive strengthening protocols and return-to-play assessments.
Orthopedic Therapy
Orthopedic physical therapy specializes in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation for joint replacements and musculoskeletal injuries. Our therapists develop customized recovery plans incorporating range-of-motion exercises, gait training, and strength-building protocols to optimize functional outcomes.
TMJ Treatment
Our TMJ treatment program addresses temporomandibular joint disorders through a combination of soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization techniques, and neuromuscular re-education. The approach focuses on restoring normal jaw function while addressing contributing factors like neck posture and muscle imbalances.

He may be a good physical therapist in person, but do not do his online program. He missed appointments, there was no improvement after 12 sessions, and he was not able to effectively teach the exercises virtually.
