The idea was to build a state of the art physical therapy clinic which combined other disciplines of health and wellness creating the only facility like it in the region.
PHILOSOPHY: We believe in low volume scheduling which allows for maximal hands-on time with our patients and results in the highest quality of care.
Elite Performance also believes in supporting the community through local activism in the local high school, club, and college athletic programs by providing a Certified Athletic Trainer and licensed physical therapists during practice and game schedules.

If you fail to come to your appointment or cancel without 24 hour notice you will be charged $50.00.

Rehabilitation

Elite Performance & Rehabilitation Center uses a hands-on treatment approach.
Special attention is paid to the bio-mechanics and patho-mechanics of each patient.
Working closely with physicians, we assess each patient through an evaluation that encompasses a written and verbal history, a review of any previous records such as MRI's, X-rays and surgical reports, and an extensive clinical examination.
The evaluation is the first step in the path to recovery.
Subsequent treatments are founded on the information gathered during the assessment process.
Special attention is paid to the bio-mechanics and patho-mechanics of each patient.

Custom Orthotic Services

Custom orthotics are developed after a thorough physical evaluation and gait analysis.
A plaster cast is taken of your feet in a non-weight bearing neutral position.
Your casts are then sent to an off-site laboratory (Biomechanical Services) for fabrication.
Typically within three weeks, your custom orthotics will be delivered to Elite and you will be fitted by your physical therapist.
We also offer orthotic re-covering services.

At Elite Rehab we use Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) which is the most comprehensive treatment for lymphedema.
Manual Lymph drainage (MLD): A hands-on technique to stimulate lymph nodes and their pathways to allow effortless flow of lymph fluid back to venous circulation, allowing the limb to return normal or near normal size.
This technique will be used on every visit, and take 30-45 minutes to complete.
Compression: Compressive bandages or garments are applied to the affected limb following each MLD session and are worn continually until the next MLD session.
