Myofascial Release
This hands-on technique addresses connective tissue restrictions causing pain and limited mobility. By applying sustained pressure to fascial restrictions, we restore tissue elasticity and improve circulation. Patients experience reduced pain and increased range of motion through this specialized approach that targets the body's three-dimensional connective tissue network.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle manual therapy focusing on the craniosacral system improves cerebrospinal fluid flow and releases restrictions in the central nervous system. This subtle yet effective treatment addresses headaches, TMJ disorders, and neurological conditions by restoring natural rhythmic movements in the skull and sacrum.
Postural Restoration
Our comprehensive approach identifies and corrects muscular imbalances causing poor posture. Through targeted manual techniques and neuromuscular reeducation, we restore optimal alignment patterns that alleviate pain from chronic postural distortions and movement dysfunctions.
Neuromuscular Reeducation
This specialized treatment integrates manual therapy with movement patterning to restore proper neuromuscular function. By addressing abnormal movement patterns and muscle imbalances, we improve coordination, reduce pain, and enhance functional performance for daily activities and sports.
Chronic Pain Management
Our multidisciplinary approach combines manual therapy techniques with patient education to address chronic pain conditions. By targeting both physical restrictions and nervous system sensitization, we help patients achieve lasting relief from conditions like fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome, and post-surgical pain disorders.

Questions
What is Myofascial Release?
Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that releases connective tissue restrictions causing pain and limited mobility. Therapists apply sustained pressure to fascial barriers until tissue softens and motion returns.
What are your hours of operation?
We're open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. The clinic is closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends, and national holidays.
Do you accept insurance?
We're out-of-network providers offering flexible treatment plans. We provide superbills for insurance submission but don't bill insurance directly. Medicare patients cannot be treated.
What should I wear to appointments?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing allowing freedom of movement. Bring shorts and a t-shirt if unsure about appropriate attire for your treatment session.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of appointments incur a $90 fee unless due to medical/family emergencies. Please notify us as soon as possible for rescheduling.
How long are treatment sessions?
All sessions last one full hour, allowing sufficient time for comprehensive manual therapy and patient education to maximize treatment effectiveness.
