P3 Precision Physical Therapy & Pilates was founded in 2013 as a pioneering practice that uniquely integrates outpatient physical therapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation. Our team of certified physical therapists and Pilates instructors specializes in manual therapy, pelvic health, dance medicine, and athletic conditioning, serving patients of all ages in Nashville, Tennessee. With over 20 combined years of postgraduate education in orthopedic manual therapy and Pilates instruction, our clinicians have developed a reputation for addressing complex musculoskeletal conditions through individualized treatment plans. We maintain strict adherence to evidence-based practices while incorporating innovative techniques such as dry needling and functional movement assessments. Our boutique-style facility features state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and offers small-group classes limited to five participants for personalized attention.

As an approved education center, we provide professional certifications in pelvic health, dry needling, and manual therapy while maintaining active memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association. Our clinical team includes specialists with advanced training from institutions like the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries and the Ola Grimsby Institute. We implement a comprehensive approach that combines postural analysis, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining to address both symptoms and underlying causes of dysfunction. Our facility's strategic location near West End Avenue provides convenient access for patients across Middle Tennessee while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy standards.
