From their Caribou location, CPT attracted patients from all over Aroostook County, some driving an hour or more to receive therapy.
To better serve patients, CPT opened their second clinic in Presque Isle in 1997, followed by Madawaska in 1999, Fort Kent in 2000, and Houlton in 2002.

CPT now offers occupational therapy, workplace services, custom orthotics, and many specialty rehab services.

Our staff believes in expeditious set up of appointments so that the patient can start their rehabilitation soon after the physician or mid-level provider requests it.
CPT also offers "Direct Access" to patients which means that a patient can see a Physical Therapist without a physician referral for a brief evaluation and recommendation.

Caribou was County Physical Therapy's first clinic back in 1987, initially located at Vaughn Place on Hatch Drive in the former Caribou Hotel building.
At that location, CPT developed a county-wide reputation for delivering premium physical therapy, and attracted patients from all over Aroostook County.
After 18 years at Vaughn Place, CPT moved to its present location in the Caribou Shopping Plaza on Bennett Drive in 2005, renovating the long-time home of Paradis Supermarket.
At this expanded location, CPT not only doubled the size of their rehab space, but added a fitness center open to the public, and administrative space.
At that location, CPT developed a county-wide reputation for delivering premium physical therapy, and attracted patients from all over Aroostook County.
