Founded by Dr. Brett Ashenfelter and Dr. Charles Weiss, Oak Physical Therapy provides a variety of services, including Injury Rehabilitation, Expecting and New Mother Care, Early Childhood Care, and Fitness Training, to the Greater Nashua, Amherst and Milford area.
As a community-based, family-owned practice, Oak Physical Therapy is a comfortable and relaxing environment, with a commitment to one-on-one patient care.

At Oak Physical Therapy, we provide one-on-one, unhurried care tailored to each individual's body, goals, and nervous system. Our integrated approach supports women, mothers, infants, and complex cases through pelvic health, infant development, myofunctional therapy, and somatic support. We adapt care for neurodivergent needs, including attention, sensory processing, communication, and regulation. Our services support the connection between brain and body development.

We provide individualized pelvic floor physical therapy to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery, strength, breathing, and movement. Our care considers the pelvic floor as part of the whole body, addressing posture, breath, and nervous system regulation. We support everyday movement needs and active moms returning to activities they love without pressure.
