Your Trusted Partner for Physical Therapy Solutions
Erbst OrthoSport was founded to deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy interventions specializing in orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation. Our focus extends beyond symptom management to identifying and addressing the root causes of pain, including biomechanical deficits, postural misalignments, and myofascial restrictions. With decades of combined experience treating athletes ranging from professional dancers to weekend warriors, we employ evidence-based manual techniques such as dry needling, cupping, and IASTM.

Our approach integrates functional movement pattern retraining and customized exercise programs to restore optimal performance. As active practitioners and lifelong athletes, we maintain deep expertise in treating running biomechanics, foot pathomechanics, and sports-specific injuries while prioritizing patient education and long-term wellness.

Services
Physical Therapy
Individualized physical therapy sessions address orthopedic injuries and chronic pain through comprehensive biomechanical assessments. Our approach combines manual therapy techniques with functional movement retraining to restore optimal performance. Treatment plans incorporate customized exercise programs targeting postural deficits and myofascial restrictions.
Dry Needling
Certified dry needling treatments target trigger points causing musculoskeletal pain. This technique releases chemical buildups in muscle fibers, restoring normal contraction and relaxation cycles. Sessions integrate soft tissue mobilization to minimize post-treatment soreness and enhance recovery outcomes.
Manual Therapy
Specialized manual techniques including cupping, IASTM, and joint mobilizations address tissue restrictions and movement impairments. These interventions improve mobility, reduce pain, and facilitate neuromuscular re-education through evidence-based therapeutic applications.
Exercise Programs
Customized exercise regimens target specific biomechanical deficits identified during assessment. Programs incorporate core stabilization, postural correction, and sport-specific movement patterns to enhance functional capacity and prevent injury recurrence.
Injury Prevention
Biomechanical evaluations identify risk factors for sports-related injuries. Individualized prevention strategies combine movement pattern retraining, strength development, and equipment modifications to maximize athletic performance while minimizing injury potential.
