Personal Training
Customized 1-on-1 personal training builds strength, endurance, and athletic performance. Programs adapt to goals like weight management, injury prevention, or sport-specific training. Expert coaches with collegiate and professional experience ensure safe, progressive workouts tailored to each client's fitness level and aspirations.
Foundations 4 EDS Program
A 5-month online program designed for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome patients focuses on progressive strength-building and pain management. Guided through three stages, participants learn self-alignment, functional movement, and advanced exercises via the Trainerize app. Affordable access to expert PT support and a supportive community enhances outcomes.
Dry Needling
Certified therapists use dry needling to treat muscle tightness, chronic pain, and headaches by targeting trigger points. This technique complements manual therapy for conditions like TMJ and spine issues, offering rapid symptom relief and improved mobility in sessions integrated with broader rehabilitation plans.
Metabolic Testing
